Each service carries a flat experience fee based on the service and the guest count. Larger dinners require additional help in the kitchen, and that is built into the fee rather than billed as a separate line. The fee covers menu development, sourcing, planning time, printed materials, and equipment. It is quoted in your proposal before you commit to anything. Weekly Meal Service is priced differently — a weekly rate tiered by household size and frequency, with groceries billed separately at cost.

Included in every booking. Staffing scales with the guest count and is already inside the quoted price. You do not source, hire, schedule, or pay anyone. There is no separate staffing charge.

A 15% service charge applies to Large-Format Catering events only. It covers staffing and event coordination for large-scale production. It does not apply to Signature Dinner, Premier Evening, or Willie Mae's Table. It is not a gratuity, and it is disclosed here so nothing on your invoice is a surprise.

Entirely at your discretion and never expected.

Included within 20 miles of Frisco. Beyond that, mileage is billed and appears on your proposal before anything is signed.

A signed proposal and a fifty percent deposit hold your date. The balance is due the day of service. Final headcount is due five days out.
