Each service carries a flat experience fee that covers menu development, sourcing, planning time, printed materials, and equipment. It is quoted in your proposal before you commit to anything. Weekly Meal Service is priced differently — a weekly rate tiered by household size and frequency, with groceries billed separately at cost.

Included in every booking. You do not need to find, hire, or manage anyone. Larger guest counts require additional staff, and that is already built into your quoted price. There is no separate staffing charge.

A 15% service charge applies to Large-Format Catering events only. It covers staffing and event coordination for large-scale production. It does not apply to Signature Dinner, Premier Evening, or Willie Mae's Table. It is not a gratuity, and it is disclosed here so nothing on your invoice is a surprise.

A signed proposal and a fifty percent deposit hold your date. The balance is due the day of service. Final headcount is due five days out.
